Extruder Capabilites

Fluted Aluminum Tubing
Although extrusions are normally produced to the current Aluminum Association Standards and ASTM Standards, TCE maintains the flexibility to modify procedures and processes to meet specific customer requirements.
Billets
Tri-City Extrusion offers billet to third party customers as a part of a strategy to balance our long term metal position and provide some measure of casting load leveling during the various industry cycles.
As an extruder, Tri-City Extrusion understands the need for consistent billet quality. We continue investing in and upgrading casting operations to ensure billet quality which will meet today's needs and those of the future. Tri-City Extrusion can offer scrap tooling arrangements from its facility.
